In our last series, Better Together, we learned that God has created us to be known and to live in community with others. While it sounds nice to belong to a tribe of people who love and support you, it often doesn’t always work out like this does it? Sometimes it’s the relationships that we interact with the most that are the most troublesome to us in our lives. Sometimes it’s because personalities don’t mix and sometimes, if we’re being honest, it’s because we just don’t the other person all that much. Other times, the tension in these relationships is caused simply because our values and priorities in life are not the same. Or maybe what’s really causing the strain on the relationship is the past hurt you’ve experienced from them. In this series, we will be taking a look at what the Bible has to say about these relationships in our lives and how, as followers of Jesus, we can work to respond in the way Jesus would.
