2 verses on Prayer that sets the bar pretty high for us.
- Ephesians 6:18 “pray in the spirit at all times and on every occasion.”
- 1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Never stops praying.”
- How in the world am I supposed to do that?
- Jesus didn’t even pray every second of every day, neither did the disciples.
- Point: we don’t just pray in church or when we go to bed at night.
This isn’t “our thoughts and prayers are with you” but a constant prayer life.

But even these kinds of prayers need to come fro your heart not a book.

- I never stop loving my wife and kids, even when I’m not with them
- Truth: they randomly come up in thoughts and decisions all day.

- Acts 1:14, 2:42, 12:2, 2 Cor 1:11
- Matthew 18:19-20 two or three pray in agreement, I move.
