This week, we continue on by looking at God the Son, Jesus. And while Jesus is the most talked about form of the trinity, it’s also the most debated. There is great confusion as to who Jesus was and what he actually did. And everything
in our faith hinges on truly understanding who he is.
Jews, Muslims, Christians: All believe the one God created Heavens & Earth But simply believing in the ‘right’ God is not enough to be saved.
You say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God. Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror.

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

Then the Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all animals, domestic and wild. You will crawl on your belly, groveling in the dust as long as you live. And I will cause hostility (hatred) between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his
heel.”

When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.
[Romans 5:12]
But there is a great difference between Adam’s sin and God’s gracious gift. For the sin of this one man, Adam, brought death to many. But even greater is God’s
wonderful grace and his gift of forgiveness to many through this other man, Jesus Christ. And the result of God’s gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man’s sin. For Adam’s sin led to condemnation, but God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins. For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ.

Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the
Son he created the universe. The Son radiates God’s own glory an expresses the very character of God, and
he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.

I have given you an example to follow. Do as I have done to you. I tell you the truth, slaves are not greater than their master. Nor is the messenger more important than the one who sends the message. Now that you know these
things, God will bless you for doing them.
