Head Heart Hands

How many times have you wanted a “do-over” on your life? How many times have you tried to turn over a new leaf only to find yourself right back where you were before? Our lives are the product of the choices and decisions that we’ve made and if we want to alter the course of our lives, we can’t simply try to “do” things differently. In this series, we discover that the way that we think effects that way that we feel, and the way that we feel often guides the action that we take. Over the next few weeks, we will look at how we can begin to think about life differently, deal with our emotions differently, and in turn begin to live the lives that God has always intended for us.
