MESSAGE NOTES

Proverbs 3:5-7

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil.

Proverbs 12:15

Fools think their own way is right, but the wise listen to others.

Proverbs 14:12

There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death.

Proverbs 15:22

Plans go wrong for lack of advice; many advisers bring success.

Proverbs 19:2-3

Enthusiasm without knowledge is no good; haste makes mistakes. People ruin their lives by their own foolishness and then are angry at the Lord.

Proverbs 19:20-21

Get all the advice and instruction you can, so you will be wise the rest of your life. You can make many plans, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.
