Isamar’s Story

Isamar’s journey is a testament to the ripple effect of compassionate service among MANNA ministries. Growing up in Orizaba, Mexico, she was deeply involved with MANNA, volunteering tirelessly in various projects through her local church. With its strong focus on missions, this community planted seeds of inspiration in Isamar’s heart.

In spring 2022, those seeds blossomed. Isamar took a leap of faith, joining MANNA’s Training & Discipleship School in Colombia. There, she immersed herself in service and learning, gaining invaluable experience that would shape her future.

The impact was profound. Emboldened by her time in Colombia, Isamar pursued further studies in missions at a seminary in Kansas City, MO. Looking back, she reflects, “If it wasn’t for MANNA’s training I received in Colombia, I probably would not have… made it through my first semester in seminary.”

Now, a couple of years into her journey, she is considering returning to the Training & Discipleship School in Colombia as a full-time missionary. Her story comes full circle – from volunteer to potential leader in the very program that transformed her life.

Isamar’s path illustrates the power of nurturing mission-minded individuals. As she prepares for her next chapter, your prayers can help guide her way.
